Jay Levell and Ryan Hanks bring 45 years of experience in real estate development, operations and hospitality-adjacent ventures to Long Road Partners. The Partners have a proven track record of founding and scaling successful companies across diverse asset classes, including real estate development, hospitality, and private equity-backed ventures. Together, they have launched and grown multiple operating businesses, consistently delivering strong investor returns and creating lasting value through innovative strategy and disciplined execution.

Ryan brings operational and growth expertise to the table along with 20+ years in real estate and $5B+ in transactions. Notably, Ryan has scaled Madison Capital Group Holdings into a national operating company with multiple verticals.
Meet Jay Levell
With 20+ years in mixed-use development and $1B+ developed at the company he previously founded (White Point Partners), Jay has a track record of sound investment experiential placemaking and a guest-centric vision. Additionally, Jay has backed or invested in 16 food & beverage concepts ranging from multi-unit national franchises to scaling a start-up restaurant into a multi-unit operation.
